Business in the Age of Aquarius

There is much talk about the beginning of the Aquarian Age. Has it already begun, is it still to come or are people already in the middle of it? I adhere to the statement of the Mayas that already in the year 2012 the first planets changed into the Aquarian age and the total change will be completed in the year 2036.

The last 2000 years have been in the Piscean Age. A masculine age, which has brought to light our present structures and which, above all, made possible the change from an analog planet to a digital planet. However, it has also had many dark periods of oppression, of power grabbing and power changes, of revolutions and wars, and to this day there are many collective beliefs and patterns that still lean on this oppressive power.

If the year 2020 has shown anything very clearly, it is that things will no longer be the same. Everything is already different. Nothing is the way it was. People, society and also the consciousness of mankind are changing rapidly today. Through all the Zoom meetings and our media avatars, which we create in Facebook, Instagram and Linked-In, Tik Tok and Snapchat, we have learned frantically that only those who are genuine are successful. We have all developed a new sensitivity to the vibration of authenticity. We follow who we think is authentic and genuine. We listen to podcasts and Youtube videos, Tik Tok's only when the masks have fallen and a real, authentic message is being sent. And this is a vibration, an intuitive decision, which each and everyone makes in a split second. A gut feeling, which the whole of humanity has now developed far more.

So what does this mean for our business? Our jobs?

It means, from my very personal point of view, that we must constantly show ourselves purer, clearer and more genuine if we want to continue to be successful. It means dropping all masks. To hide everything that we have been trained to hide over the past years, that we have to show exactly that.

It means that only those who are genuine and authentic, who show their weaknesses, fears and struggles will be seen. Only then the success and the good sides can be shown. The 50% solution of the Aquarian Age, when only something was communicated that went well, can no longer be applied. And this will become much more extreme in the next years.

So be prepared already now to turn your innermost outwards, to share your deepest processes and above all your love and fun on your very personal path. People want to be a part of everything that makes it in the end.
